The real flock are those who are able to hear His voice Jesus says. The 'organized church' is not necessarily the flock of Christ, but can contain it. Sometimes we can see the Ecclessia (assembly/vergadering) of the flock within the organized church. Another invisible large part of the flock are grazing in perfect peace outside the structured church.
